Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Electrical Department. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a sales-driven individual with a strong interest in technology or a desire to train and grow within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Advise and assist customers with product selection and sales
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the electrical department
• Ensure high merchandising standards and attractive displays
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support professionally
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (electronics preferred)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (5 days over 7, including weekends)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
