Posizione:

Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Store in Wien on a part-time contract of 10 hours per week, working on Saturdays only.

The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while representing the brand values.

Key Responsabilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales activities;
• Recommend products according to customers' needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
• Maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
• Ensure the store image is aligned with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
• Represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
• Support stock management activities, including receiving deliveries and organizing merchandise;
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requisiti:

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is a plus;
• Strong customer service and communication skills;
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail;
• Availability to work every Saturday (10 hours per week);
• Team-player attitude and proactive approach.

Gross Salary Range: EUR 550-700 per month
