Core Responsibilities of Sales Telecalling Staff

  • Proactive Sales Generation: Making high-volume cold or warm calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
  • Sales Closing & Negotiation: Persuading prospects to purchase, upselling, or cross-selling products.
  • Lead Management & CRM Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, contact details, and feedback in the database.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to address customer needs.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume targets.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Answering inbound inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
