Position: Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant in our Vodafone Store in Navan Shopping Center.

King Communications, a leading Vodafone partner with 24 retail stores across Ireland, is expanding! We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Full-Time Retail Sales Consultants in our Vodafone Store in Navan Shopping Center.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.
• Handle all administrative tasks associated with sales, including customer contracts, insurance, repair requests, stock monitoring, and payments.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone’s products, price plans, promotions, and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekday and weekends.
• Experience in electronic or telecom sales is an advantage but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Strong ability to work as part of a sales team.
• Competence in managing administrative tasks and customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining store standards.
