Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize sales outcomes
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support technical sales efforts by understanding product features and benefits, especially in technology-related sectors

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis techniques
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Ability to conduct technical sales and explain complex product features effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Strong analytical skills to assess market data and sales performance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.85-$38.50 per hour
