Provide a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service. Prepare and assist with food preparation when required. Set up / replenish counters and merchandising the Deli. Ensure the regular and systematic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment in all areas of the Deli both front of house and in the kitchen.

Sales Assistant, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service in a public-facing environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Serving customers at the till, processing transactions via an EPOS system, and handling inquiries.
• Stock Management: Taking in deliveries, replenishing shelves, and ensuring products are properly priced and displayed.
• Housekeeping: Maintaining general cleanliness and ensuring the shop floor is neat and tidy.
