Duties

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Skills

• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in cashiering and using POS systems for transactions.
• Strong product demonstration skills to effectively showcase merchandise.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to sell products while understanding customer needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
