A Sales Associate primarily works in retail settings, acting as the frontline representative for the company by engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, answering product questions, and recommending items to meet their needs while upselling or cross-selling.
- Processing transactions at cash registers, handling returns, refunds, and maintaining financial records.
- Ensuring store appearance by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and keeping sales floors tidy.
- Meeting sales targets, resolving complaints empathetically, and suggesting ways to boost store revenue.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,033.19 - ₹30,868.59 per month
