Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and web chat with a consultative sales approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting or decoration packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and providing product knowledge.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Resolve queries and provide post-sales support when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English).
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
