Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and web chat with a consultative sales approach.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting or decoration packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and providing product knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Resolve queries and provide post-sales support when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English).
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
