Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and web chat with a consultative sales approach.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting or decoration packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and providing product knowledge.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Resolve queries and provide post-sales support when required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.

Key Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi and English).
Passion for sales and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with WhatsApp, calls, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
