We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process while delivering excellent customer service.
Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and monthly goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Customer-service focused mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience (a plus, but not required)
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
