Who You Are
You’re a motivated Sales Representative who thrives on outbound B2B sales and enjoys making an impact during periods of growth and market validation. You love prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals—and you take pride in representing a premium, differentiated product.
You excel at connecting with decision-makers, showing them how Medtech Wristband’s speed and customization capabilities solve real operational challenges, and turning opportunities into meaningful results.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Follow structured follow-up sequences to move prospects through the funnel.
- Qualify prospects based on size, authority, and business needs.
- Present MedTech Wristbands’ value proposition in a consultative, educational manner.
- Address common objections such as pricing, existing suppliers, or timing.
- Close orders that meet minimum requirements (multi-pack or volume-based).
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategic or higher-value accounts.
- Accurately log activities, conversations, and deal progress in Notion (CRM).
- Track outreach and pipeline performance.
- Use provided prospecting and intent tools to prioritize outreach.
- Collect insights on pricing, objections, and buyer needs.
- Share feedback to support refinement of sales messaging and market approach.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Ability to manage time, activity levels, and follow-ups in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented mindset and comfort working toward sales targets.
Additional Considerations
- Background in hospitality, events, sports, or live experiences.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion or similar).
- Exposure to intent data platforms (e.g., Clay).
- Additional language skills (Spanish or French).

Success Metrics & Target Customers
- First 30 Days: Complete product and sales process onboarding, become comfortable with CRM and prospecting tools, and begin active outreach and pipeline development.
- 60–90 Days: Consistently contribute to daily and weekly sales targets, independently manage deals from first contact to close, build confidence handling objections, and provide actionable feedback to improve sales approach.
- Target customers such as: Hotels & resorts, Sports Organizations, Universities and Colleges, Stadiums and Event Venues And More!
