Are you a passionate and customer-focused individual looking to join a vibrant optical team? Our optical boutique, conveniently located at Yonge and College in downtown Toronto and connected to a busy Optometrist's Office, is seeking a Sales Associate to enhance our growing team. As an Optical Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers see and look their best. Your responsibilities will include:
* Guiding customers through frame selection and style suggestions, helping them find the perfect eyewear.
* Accurately completing work orders and processing insurance claims.
* Providing essential support to our Optometrist's Office, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our customers.
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We work as a team and have a no-pressure approach to assisting our customers and try to maintain a relaxed environment.
This is a full-time position and requires a 40+ hour / week commitment. We are not currently offering part-time positions at this time.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
