• We are a multi-dealership company seeking sales associates at Midstate Ford in Summersville! The ideal candidate for this position will be individuals with a desire to learn product knowledge of the vehicles we sell and deliver a high quality of customer service. The sales associate becomes a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. ‪If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited Income and want to build a career working as a sales representative with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you!

Primary Duties

• ‪Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• ‪Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• ‪Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles
• ‪Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• ‪Support on-line customer requests by setting appointments
• ‪Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
• ‪

Skills and Requirements

• ‪Must be self disciplined and have a strong desire to succeed!!
• ‪Outgoing and positive personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person").
• ‪Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience. Automotive experience not necessary - we will train the right individual.
• ‪Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career.
• Professional appearance, excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• ‪Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• ‪Basic/Moderate computer, email and internet proficiency.
• ‪‪Valid U.S. Driver's license
