Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using retail math skills and cash handling procedures
• Support customers with basic financial services, including loan processing and account inquiries when applicable
• Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and financial software to provide informed recommendations
• Handle cash management duties efficiently, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts using 10 key typing skills
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential
• Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
