We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Stockroom Operations

• Accurately locate, select, and organize merchandise using ladders or other equipment as needed
• Verify correct item selection and quantities for all orders
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines and company warehouse procedures
• Report inventory discrepancies or shortages promptly to supervisors
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, and markdown execution in alignment with company SOPs

Sales Floor & Customer Service

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to every customer
• Assist multiple customers efficiently by answering questions, locating merchandise, and processing transactions
• Restock and organize the sales floor to maintain an appealing and shoppable environment
• Stay informed about current product lines, promotions, and trends to better assist customers
• Recommend products and style solutions based on individual customer preferences
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash control policies
• Ensure all returned merchandise is properly restocked or labeled for damage
• Uphold brand presentation standards across all areas of the store — sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and stockroom

Fitting Room Experience

• Greet customers warmly and assist with fitting room access
• Monitor fitting room activity to ensure safety, prevent loss, and maintain company standards
• Keep fitting rooms clean, organized, and brand-appropriate at all times
• Manage garment flow by counting items before and after fitting room use
• Return tried-on merchandise to the appropriate area or sort for restocking
• Offer styling suggestions and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Share product knowledge and assist colleagues as needed
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and follow direction
• Support additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using POS systems and handheld inventory tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
• Ability to bend, stoop, and work in low-lying areas
• Prolonged standing and walking during shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
