This role involves crafting high-quality engravings and providing excellent service, with availability required for evenings and weekends. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and processing cash payments using retail software
• Conduct data entry for sales records, customer information, and transaction details with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and attractive

Experience

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are key to success in this role
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred
• Retail store experience involving cash handling, cashiering, or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
• Basic math proficiency is essential for accurate transaction processing and cash management
