Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
• Provide expert advice on technology sales, ensuring customers understand product functionalities
• Handle cash register operations, including cashiering, cash handling, and POS transactions accurately
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
• Use strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly and confidently
• Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting remote or in-store inquiries

Skills

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related fields
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features
