About Us:
We are a family-owned business that sells commercial kitchen equipment to both retailers and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client information and orders via phone and email.
- Maintain knowledge of product information.
- Record and manage customer invoices.
- Handle and resolve customer needs, questions and concerns with a good attitude.
- Manage, maintain and file all relevant company documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak both Mandarin Chinese and English at a professional level.
- Must have basic knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.
- Ability to calculate amounts such as percentages.
- Previous sales experience is desired but not required.
- Must have good attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
- New York, NY 10002 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY 10002: Relocate before starting work (Required)
