We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate who can manage inbound leads, convert opportunities, and provide exceptional customer experiences while supporting a socially impactful organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments
  • Manage high-volume communication across phone, SMS, and email
  • Educate customers and donors on services and mission impact
  • Coordinate scheduling for pickup and service appointments
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while consistently meeting sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and AI-supported workflows
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves:

  • Minimum 2+ years of inbound sales experience
  • Proven success in phone, text, and email sales environments
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Professionalism and customer-facing confidence
  • Comfortable with AI-integrated workflows
  • Reliable internet and dedicated remote workspace
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $23/hour starting pay
  • Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
