Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service
- Provide product and customer feedback to managers

- Provide a welcoming and elevated experience

- Demonstrate a customer-first culture
Operations
- Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer data-base
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards
- Store maintenance
