As a Shoe Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. In this action-packed department, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the customers’ shopping experience through building relationships and optimizing brand knowledge to meet the customers needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
Develop relationships to grow your business
Achieve individual sales and account goals
Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience
Ring POS transactions and key account information
Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
