Responsibilities include:

- ALL daily retail operations

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system

- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge

- Maintain company website and inventory

- Create marketing material including but not limited to ALL Social Media platforms

- Update Website blog and email content

-Create short Video content for all social media platforms

-Troubleshoot all issues related to company website and social media

- Drive retail sales by promoting and upselling products

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

About You:

-Proven experience in social media content creation including Reels, short form content and posting on Tiktok, IG, FB, Youtube etc.

-Knowledge of products and ability to sell them effectively on all platforms with an emphasis on expanding our social media presence and brand content

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Experience in retail sales and familiarity with point-of-sale systems a plus

- Bilingual skills (English and [other language]) are a plus

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Excellent organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Proven sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets

- Work well with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
