As a Sales & Business Development Mentor-in-Residence (MIR), you will serve as a trusted mentor and business advisor, leveraging your professional network, mentoring emerging talent, and contributing to strategic business development—all while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Introduce prospective customers, strategic partners, and business opportunities through your professional network.
• Mentor and coach junior sales professionals and interns by sharing practical sales knowledge and industry experience.
• Participate in customer meetings, executive discussions, networking events, and business presentations, as required.
• Share market insights, sales strategies, and industry best practices to strengthen MISSAN's market presence.
• Support the identification and development of new business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
