Join Our Team as Sales Closure Executive

Are you a great communicator with a passion for sales? We're looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Closure Executive.

What you'll do:

  • Follow up all quotations issued for remedial works identified by service engineers during site visits.
  • Contact customers regarding defect reports and recommended corrective actions.
  • Chase outstanding quotations for:
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Intruder Alarms
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Maintenance and Service Contracts
  • Convert quotations into confirmed orders and schedule works with the operations team.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities from engineer reports and customer discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Produce weekly reports on quotation status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with engineers, service coordinators, and management to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Achieve monthly sales conversion and revenue targets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales closure, sales support, internal sales, or account management role.
  • Proven experience chasing and converting quotations into sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Fire & Security industry.
  • Knowledge of:
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • CCTV
  • Access Control
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Safety Compliance
  • Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience working for a fire and security installation or maintenance company.
  • Knowledge of remedial works generated from planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
  • Understanding of UK fire and security regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling service-generated sales opportunities.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Quotation conversion rate.
  • Monthly sales revenue achieved.
  • Value of remedial works secured.
  • Response time to customer quotations.
  • Number of customer follow-ups completed.
  • Service contract renewals and upsells achieved.
