Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant at Mitchell Volkswagen is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Simsbury, Connecticut. As an individual contributor, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of automobiles and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner
- Understand and effectively communicate product features, pricing, and incentives to customers
- Conduct vehicle test drives and promote vehicle features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and follow up with potential leads
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, current sales promotions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and dealership processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
