Do you have a passion for hitting achievable targets and earning uncapped commission? Due to their continued growth, SCG are now seeking a highly driven and motivated customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their ambitious supportive Reigate-based Sales team. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to maximise your success and earning capabilities.
Sales Consultant, role:
- Working closely with customers to understand the underlying requirements, decision-criteria and the most appropriate solution from the range of SCG’s diverse product range
- Demonstrating business acumen, self-generate sales opportunities through outbound sales/marketing activity, sales strategies and entrepreneurial initiative
- Recording and maintaining records all sales activities
- Achieving and exceed your individual and team monthly targets
- Targeting the acquisition of new customers and cross sell/upsell opportunities into existing relationships and building relationships with all customers
- Articulating the financial, operational, and technical benefits of each sale and negotiating contract terms
- Sharing detailed analysis on contract wins and losses with the Sales Director to support the Continual Improvement Plan
Sales Consultant, the person:
- Previous experience within the same industry is essential (telco, security, Managed IT)
- Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious, competitive and target-driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional with outstanding customer service skills
- Experience with Sales Cycle Management including pipeline, reporting, CRM/Systems management, sales negotiation
- Product knowledge
- Initiative and problem solving
- Computer literacy
- Team player
