We are a Local Family business looking for a sales consultant to join our Team.

We specialize in bathrooms, so a knowledge of plumbing and related products is useful.

Working with people and clients is a big part of this position and maturity is necessary.

And, ... we are a dog-friendly facility, as various employees do take their dogs to work with them.

The compensation is an hourly wage and there is also an incentive bonus on top of that. If the candidate has little or no experience in our industry, then the compensation is likely in the $22- $24 per hr PLUS COMMISSIONS. to start.
once you are more proficient & experienced, we will move the hourly range up to more like $25 per hour. But the commission portion of the pay should amount to more than twice the hourly wage once a person has a little experience.

The job involves mostly In Home Appointments at clients home who are wanting to Remodel their bathroom.... So a Vehcile is required. ( and we pay a generous Mileage allowance)

The work hours can be tailored to a schedule you prefer and could be more hours if you want more work at times.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Personaable In home & Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions within the construction and project management sectors. The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with construction / renovations.

Duties

• Develop relationships with new clients to identify their project needs
• Present solutions, including pricing and project estimates
• Learn and Utilize our estimating system
• Conduct negotiations to secure contracts that align with client requirements and company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams on project management tasks
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and preferably some experience within the construction or related industries
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Some basic computer skills needed as well

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: On the road
