Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership in Ambegaon–Katraj, Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, conducting product presentations and test drives, generating leads and converting enquiries into vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom walk-ins and customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants and pricing.
• Arrange and coordinate test drives.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, references and follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance and other departments.
• Maintain customer records and sales-related reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 1–10 years of experience in automobile/passenger vehicle sales.
• Dealership sales experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of passenger vehicles and automobile sales processes is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
