What You'll Do

Support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, and sales administration
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
Build strong relationships with existing customers
Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and generate additional business
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records

Work closely with sales team and gain exposure to the Irish and UK construction markets.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using technology

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer service, administration, or sales support experience is a plus
