Partnership and Sales Coordinator
Introduction

At this time of rapid growth, the Partnership and Sales Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and sales team. This hybrid position combines partnership coordination and sales initiatives to nurture relationships, drive new business, and innovate strategies to generate revenue.
Based in Portishead, England, this role requires in-office work at least three days per week and includes domestic and international travel to key events.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate online partnerships (e.g., podcasts, webinars, workshops, conferences) with new and existing partners.
- Manage a marketing calendar to track partnerships and events.
- Communicate with partners to organize initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Attend offline events (e.g., dinners, conferences, workshops) to nurture prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Trial offers and gather feedback from prospects at events, supporting the sales team in closing deals.
- Re-engage old prospects, lapsed leads, and proposed-but-not-closed deals with creative campaigns.
- Experiment with cold outreach methods to generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the CEO and sales team on pipeline management and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on average two to three days per week in the Portishead office.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
- Experience in partnership management or sales, particularly in event coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills for calendar and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales data analysis.
- Experience in cold outreach and direct sales tactics.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for optimizing strategies.
Qualifications needed:

Success in this role will be measured by the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Partnership Engagements – Successful execution of online and offline partnerships, including workshops, webinars, and events.
- Lead Conversion – Revenue generated from nurtured leads and pipeline activity.
- Event ROI – Business opportunities and closed deals resulting from offline event attendance.
- Pipeline Activation – Successful re-engagement and conversion of lapsed leads.

Pay: £24,534.00-£30,000.00 per year
