We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients and empowering professionals in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our Kensington High Street branch is a hub of wellness and innovation, and we are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. You will engage with clients, manage inquiries, and contribute to the expansion of our client base, helping drive the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, leads, and customer follow-ups.

· Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and offering tailored solutions.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

· Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients.

· Collaborate with practitioners to align sales efforts with service availability.

· Support administrative tasks, including invoicing and reporting.

· Continuously enhance knowledge of our services, herbal ingredients, and herbal supplements.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or a related role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· A passion for wellness and an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine is a plus.

· Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, IT, Marketing, Law, or Education, or similar Education and qualification.

What We Offer:

· Competitive annual salary of £38,000-40,000

· Work hours of 39 hours per week

· Five-year permanent contract.
