- Handle the full spectrum of sales order processing, including quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order, and invoicing.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism, providing effective and timely solutions to issues.
- Facilitate pre-job coordination with Operations Executives and follow up on issues during job executions with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure job documentation are submitted to ensure smooth billing process
- Deliver exceptional customer support and service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist company in all daily operations work
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external customer contacts.
- Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
