A global Automotive Parts Supplier is in need of an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Woodstock area. Responsibilities - Inside Sales Coordinator

  • Researches and analyzes sales and cost data to support Request for Quotes
  • Updates and tracks the Annual Price Reduction data including efficiency gains and/or reasons for price increases.
  • Prepares monthly and other internal sales performance reports for General Management. - Assists in the preparation of sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials; attends customer meetings, as possible, to develop knowledge-base of company products and sales strategies.
  • Coordinates trade show events and other promotional activities; travels to and participates in marketing exhibits when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements - Inside Sales Coordinator

  • Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clear records.
  • Must be able to go to Business trip both within Canada and US
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an Intermediate or higher level
  • 1 years sales coordinator / inside sales / customer service experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience in AS400 is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – speak and write
  • Strong at numbers and calculation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
