mamas play is a warm, welcoming, safe, and modern indoor play place where kids can play and mamas have access to resources they want, need, and DESERVE. Services include: daily open play per child admission; memberships; social media picture pop-ups; mama breathwork classes; support groups for mama mental health; art, yoga, and meditation classes for kids; events for kids and mothers; snacks, drinks, and coffee; merchandise; and Mini Mamas Market, where local vendors can display and sell their products. About the Position

mamas play is looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic part-time Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, enjoys a community-centered environment, and is excited to grow with a small business. Please note, you must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Compensation & Schedule

$16/hour; Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. We may occasionally ask if you can cover an event - or for someone who has called out - that is not on a Monday or Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the shop independently.
• Welcome clients, manage check-in procedures, and handle all point-of-sale transactions.
• Prepare and serve beverages (barista duties using our bougie La Marzocco espresso machine!).
• Keep the space tidy and organized (daily cleaning tasks).
• Sell merchandise, memberships, and entry passes.
• Interact with clients - both parents and children - in a warm, engaging manner.
• Help curate and create fun, relevant social media content.
• Assist with set-up, hosting, and breakdown of birthday parties and special events.
