Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Counsellor with experience in the IT field to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending IT products or services that best suit their requirements, while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

⦁ Promote and sell IT products/services through effective counselling and consultation.

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

⦁ Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to clients.

⦁ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.

⦁ Stay updated with the latest IT trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

⦁ Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, counselling, or business development.

⦁ Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

⦁ Ability to identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
