We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is passionate about converting inquiries into sales. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and helping drive business growth.
Please note: there is an unlimited commission bonus available, meaning that for the right candidate the take home pay will be significantly higher than the base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products we offer, including Sheds, Garden Rooms, Stoves, Fireplaces, Pop-Up Gazebos, Bespoke Garden Sheds, and Garden Furniture. Full training will be provided.
Customer Engagement: Provide quotations, process payments, answer phones, greet customers, and reply to email inquiries.
Sales Support: Assist in the management of company social media pages, respond to messages, call-back requests, and all sales inquiries. Help process and manage online sales orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Order Management: Ensure all sales/orders are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate with the shipping department to facilitate smooth delivery of products to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, building long-term relationships through professional, helpful, and responsive service.
Social Media Management: Support the management of social media pages by posting content, engaging with followers, and handling customer inquiries through these channels.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to meet individual and company sales targets. Support internal processes and contribute to a smooth, organised operation.
Working Hours: Flexible 30 to 40 hours per week, including 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
