Closets by Design of the First Coast is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives to join our award-winning team. We help customers organize their homes with custom- designed closets, home offices, garages, and more.

A Day in the Life

Begin the sales process with pre-set appointments (all leads and materials are provided).

Consult with clients in their home and build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.

Walk through the space/s to assess opportunities.

Educate customers on our products and services.

Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist customers with their organizational needs.

Requirements

No degree, certiﬁcation, or sales experience is needed.

We are looking for coachable candidates who are growth-oriented and self- motivated.

Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
