Missions:

· Act as a true brand ambassador, showcasing Roche Bobois’ vision of luxury, creativity, and craftsmanship.

· Welcome and advise clients with confidence and enthusiasm, uncovering their tastes and needs to design bespoke solutions.

· Present our exclusive collections and guide clients through customisation options.

· Develop long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

· Drive your sales goals in a competitive, high-end retail environment while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

· Work closely with designers, the store manager, and your team to deliver projects that exceed expectations.

· Achieve or exceed monthly and annual individual sales targets.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

· At least 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within furniture, interiors, or design.

· A natural ability to engage, listen, and inspire clients.

· Passion for design, furniture, and art, with a creative eye and attention to detail.

· Highly organized, confident, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.

· Knowledge of 20/20 software is an advantage.

· Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of your schedule.

Schedule: 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday being a working day.
