Sales Development Representative

The SDR is responsible for qualifying prospects from lead status and converting them to opportunities in the sales pipeline. We look for our employees to provide first-class customer engagement to ensure that longstanding relationships can be built from the outset. The position of SDR is an ideal growth position for an aspiring sales professional.

- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
- Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads through cold calling
- Work closely with Account Executives across Europe
- Learn from our Sales Leadership, then utilize competent selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
- Influence the sales process and enhance the current capabilities
- Engage with business clients to better understand their needs in presenting N-able products to help them grow.
- Ability to work in a quickly growing industry and achieve targets
- Inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be intrinsically motivated
- Desire to collaborate, learn, and grow
- SaaS, customer service, Retail, or similar professional experience preferred
- German language skills (C1 minimum or Native speaking and writing)
- 2 paid VoluNteer Days per year
