Our SDRs are trained not just how to sell, but in the psychology and methodologies behind them, helping shape, develop and refine their skills so that they possess all the necessary sales acumen required to succeed in highly competitive markets such as cyber security. These skills also help pave the way for future career development into roles such as Account Executives (AE). Our SDR and AE teams both use the same methodologies and techniques when it comes to sales!
We’re looking for an individual who has the hunger and desire to succeed, possesses some natural sales ability, but has a real drive to be coached and a willingness to seek feedback in order to perfect their craft.
You will be coached and trained by not only your direct manager but also by our sales enablement team as well, imparting years of experience into bite size chunks, helping set you up for success, and fostering a culture of constant learning that extends beyond just your probationary period.
Theres a lot to learn at Heimdal as we offer the widest security lineup in the marketplace, and whilst we don’t expect you to know what we do right away, you will need to possess the ability to digest large amounts of information.
You will be based out of our Copenhagen office. English and Danish language skills are requirements for the role. Please submit your CV in English.

Your day-to-day
- Generate new sales opportunities by outbound communication by phone, email, and other forms of outreach to a large volume of cold and warm leads daily
- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
- Ability to learn the technical capabilities and benefits of the Heimdal platform
- Maintain lead records and activities using Salesforce.com
- Report to sales manager with daily, weekly, and monthly results
