Sales Development Representative Nordics

Team Sales Development Representatives (SDR) international is looking for an SDR to help 12Build take the next steps in the Nordic region together with an experienced Danish team. What are you going to do?

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will identify and engage potential clients, qualify leads, and help nurture relationships with prospects. This role offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to work closely with senior sales colleagues.

In addition, this position offers a lot of room for your own initiatives and ideas, as there is still a lot of room to pioneer within the Nordics. This means that together with your team you are responsible for the growth of our market share in the Nordics. It is important that you are energized by opportunities, have a practical attitude, can work independently and are not afraid to discover and try new possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels including email, social media, and cold calls.

  • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring that they align with our solutions.

  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, follow up on leads, and schedule online or face-to-face meetings for Solution Experts.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system Hubspot.

  • Events: You will be actively involved in a variety of activities that contribute to increasing the visibility of 12Build within the Nordics. Think of organizing customer days or attending construction trade fairs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
