Tech is not an add-on for us — it’s the engine. With our own banking license and a modern commercial architecture, we’re redesigning business banking for SMEs who want something faster, smarter, and easier than the traditional banks.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Student Worker to help us win high-value SME customers and expand Lunar’s footprint across the Nordics. This is a high-impact hunting role: you’ll be part of the engine meeting decision-makers, running sharp demos, and converting businesses that are ready for a better banking experience.
You’ll be joining a dedicated, ambitious team and work directly with the Director of Business Sales & Partnerships as part of Lunar’s new four-engine commercial model.
What will you do?
Hunt and convert high-value SMEs using a precision-built, data-driven target list (no random outreach).
Run the full sales cycle — from outbound contact to demo, proposal, and signed agreement.
Meet prospects face-to-face, building trust and showcasing Lunar’s business banking offering.
Use a clear playbook rooted in industry pain points and switcher value propositions.
Maintain a tight, disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM habits.
Feed real market insights back into product and GTM teams.
What are we looking for?
We’re excited to hear from talent who recognise themselves in most of the following:
Currently in a similar role (e.g., SDR, Junior Sales, or Telemarketing) and looking to take the next step in fintech.
Ambitious student with an interest in B2B sales, SME services, fintech, SaaS, or similar.
Proven hunter with a strong drive to achieve results.
Confident meeting owners and decision-makers in person.
Able to run structured sales conversations and tailored demos.
Ambitious, outgoing and resilient — comfortable working independently in the field.
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to translate customer pains into actionable next steps.
Fluent in Danish and English.
This is a part-time role, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility to fit your study schedule.
