Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Background in sales or client-facing roles preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Maintain Organized Records: Keep accurate and accessible client records.
- Utilize CRM for Tracking: Manage leads and client interactions effectively.
- Acquire and Close Sales Leads: Drive agency growth by converting sales opportunities.
- Manage Policies & Provide Support: Oversee client policies and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Assess Risks & Determine Coverage: Evaluate needs and recommend suitable coverage.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Uphold industry standards and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
