Leading the business of our office in Brussels and directly reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of:
- Provide strong leadership to a diverse team (7 people) , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Develop and implement the business strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand the business.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use market insights to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
- Drive innovation and the development of new products or services to meet evolving customer needs.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer feedback and concerns, working to continuously improve offerings.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and build strong client relationships.
- A creative and innovative approach to identifying new opportunities, products, or services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Be curious and passionate about digital media and new technologies to bring each client to the next level

- At least 5 years of significant experience in digital is required
