Sales Enablement Manager
Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who combines hands-on sales expertise with a talent for developing high-performing sales teams. In this role, you'll leverage your field experience to design and deliver impactful training programs that drive revenue growth across APAC. Working with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partner Managers, you'll translate complex products into compelling sales narratives and winning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales methodology, and tool adoption
  • Deliver quarterly regional onboarding and annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) sessions
  • Partner with regional Sales Enablement leaders to align global strategies with local market needs
  • Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and GTM teams to create relevant, actionable training content
  • Coach sales teams on deal strategies and best practices, drawing from real-world experience
Qualifications
  • 5+ years combined experience in B2B sales and sales enablement
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and team development
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, both virtual and in-person
  • Experience creating instructional content that drives measurable sales outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management abilities with sharp attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market preferred
