Sales Engineer –Victoria (FMTP)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow our Foodmach Technology Products (FMTP) business across Victoria. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with consultative sales to help customers select the right packaging automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
• Conduct site visits, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions
• Prepare proposals, present solutions, and close sales
• Grow key product lines, particularly Markem-Imaje coding & labelling systems
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

• Strong sales activity and pipeline growth
• Increased market share across the territory
• Growth in repeat customers and overall revenue

About You

• Experience in technical sales, packaging, or industrial equipment
• Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and working independently
• Willing to travel regularly throughout Victoria and NSW
• Engineering or technical background
• Strong experience with Coding and Labelling technology, (e.g. Markem Imaje), Product Inspection, Robotic Palletising, and Stretch Wrapping technologies.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
