Position: Sales & Estimation executives – Control Panel Division

Location: Kandivli (Field Work across Western region).

Type: Full-time | Reports to: Director / GM - Sales

Role Objective:

To drive sales and business development of our electrical control panels segment, build lasting client relationships, ensure timely payment collection, and expand our market presence through active field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential industrial clients for custom-built electrical control panels
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, technical proposals, and pricing structures.
  • Negotiate deals to closure with a focus on profitability and long-term relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the control panel division.

Client Acquisition & Field Visits

  • Regularly visit industrial zones, manufacturing hubs, and infrastructure companies to generate new leads.
  • Attend technical meetings, site visits, and vendor registration processes.
  • Build partnerships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and system integrators.

Project Coordination & Technical Liaison

  • Collaborate with the in-house engineering and production team to align project execution with client requirements.
  • Provide clients with updates during manufacturing and ensure timelines are met.
  • Handle change requests, custom configurations, and special approvals.

Payment Collection & Commercial Follow-Up

  • Ensure prompt collection of payments as per agreed terms.
  • Follow up diligently on outstanding dues, client clarifications, and commercial documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with accounts and finance departments to track invoices and credit limits.

Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients during and after project execution.
  • Resolve client queries or service requests with the support of the technical team.
  • Generate repeat orders and referrals through consistent service quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Criteria Details

Education Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience Minimum 5–8 years in B2B sales of control panels, switchgear, automation, or electrical solutions

Domain Knowledge Must understand Siemens or equivalent panel architecture, panel building process, wiring schematics, and industrial automation basics.

Communication: Strong spoken and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred

CRM & Tools Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM software, Google Sheets, costing sheets
