We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities, with a focus on driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and analytical skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a strong understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within designated markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales and retain business.
• Present and sell products/services to new and existing clients through cold calls, networking, and meetings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website content.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and sales strategies.
• Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Assist in the management of marketing budgets and timelines for campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
