Position: Sales Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Location: On-site
Joining: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven sales experience. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, build meaningful relationships, and schedule meetings to contribute directly to business growth. This is a full-time role with immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–60 calls daily to prospective clients (company-provided number).
  • Schedule a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per day (mandatory KPI).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Immediate availability to join.
